These two buildings are planning to undergo a tenant improvement. Currently, they are unused office buildings which have plans to become the DA's office of Victorville. No know as-builts exist so Scan to BIM was a perfect solution. It took 2 days to scan the exterior, roof, interior, and all ceiling spaces. Then the scans were processed which took another 3 days and the model was started. In the end, we provided an Architectural, Structural, and MEP model to the Architect. Contact Documents for the T.I were immediately started within a month of our turnover.
