This fire station has plans to undergo a small T.I. improvement. Scan to BIM is a perfect solution for small T.I.'s because you can save time on planning and immediately dive into a design with the Revit model we produce. This building took 6 hours to scan the exterior, roof, interior, and ceiling spaces. Next, all 95 scans were processed and compiled which took 1 day to complete. A Revit model that included all visible architectural, structural, and MEP elements was produced in 2 weeks.
