This building has multiple tenant spaces, but only the city hall portion is undergoing a tenant improvement. It was decided to be worthwhile to scan the entire exterior of the building, but only scan the interior spaces of the city hall portion. It took 2 days to scan the exterior, roof, interior, and all ceiling spaces. Next, it took 4 days to compile all 391 unique scans and process the point cloud. In total 2 Revit models were produced, an Architectural/Structural model and an MEP model.
